Wrong pizza sauce, undercooked almost raw on the centre, is now in the bin as couldn’t eat it . Very disappointing won’t be using you again

Ordered a pizza. They gave me the wrong pizza, and after many attempts of phoning to ask if my pizza is with the driver or making me a fresh one. They sent out a fresh pizza with another mistake and poor quality

We order special haddock supper most Saturdays and it's always really nice apart from Saturday 3rd May the breadcrumbs were really burnt,so we were really disappointed. Hopefully this is a one off and doesn't happen again

The fish was full on bones !

We have been ordering special fish supper from Milano's for quite sometime now and never had to complain but on this occasion tonight's fish had quite a lot of bones which affected my enjoyment.hopefully this is a one of case.

Pitta bread was brick hard, chicken in kebab was dry and overcooked. Last few times we have ordered have been hit and miss with regards to the quality of the food received!
